Transformation

I say it every time someone compliments me on the things I can do: "You can do it too." This has been a process. Not something I've always been able to do.

This has been a process of self cultivation. I am no where near where I am when I first started all of this movement exploration. I struggled very hard with the first AcroYoga move (bird) for the longest time. I remember doing AcroYoga in the front yard and having the toughest time making the transition from bird to throne. I struggled through each and every single thing that I can now do. It turns effortless eventually.

I started training three years ago in the first Arkansas Circus Arts gym space and somehow it lead me here. I didn't know anything that I do now. I was not a gymnast. I did not have a handstand practice and I had not done yoga at all. I didn't feel very good and I didn't think any of this was even possible for me. I was wrong and I would love to help you prove your self doubts wrong.

If you want to learn Acrobatics and AcroYoga please come to our classes. You can do this. I swear you can. Both bassing and flying. Yes You, the one reading. You can do anything you put effort into. Not one person you see that does something cool started off knowing how to do that. Not one person starts off knowing the mechanics of the body.

We all begin and end the same. In a year everything can be different! We can all grow together because AcroYoga is about playing with each other.

So come play!
